Due to the bespoke nature of our products, I generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a defect or error on my part.

How do you handle my personal information and design ideas?
I treat every order with strict confidentiality. From time to time I may wish to use images of previous designs on my website and other promotional material. I will always contact an individual if I wish to use images of their design.
